冬至快乐

# outstanding post 2013

this was solstice last year
for almost every year i will go back my home for this festival
but i couldn't make it due to very packed study schedule
tons of assignments, presentations, tutorials and test were awaiting me at that moment
so i got the chance of celebrating it at this city of KL

considered i was lucky that i get to stay at KL for this festival 
that was because i had the best tang yuan in my life so far
and i shamelessly ate two bowl of them at his house

i am already a big fan of ordinary tang yuan
how much more is the combination of my two favourite dessert - tong sui and tang yuan?

boiled ginger soup based + longan + white fungus + ready made tang yuan from supermarket

his mum got this recipe from some cooking show in the TV
she claimed that it was her first try and it was surprisingly good
even for now, i cant forget the taste after the first bite
