a date in KL city

after my final exam i went back to my hometown for semester break

in between the two weeks time there was Chinese New Year

so i was totally caught up by that event and got myself very busy

i was so busy to the extent that i have no time to play with my phone and laptop

meaning say that i was almost losing all the updates from the outside world

i also had no time for him

probably we only do less than 10 texting per day

after i returned to KL,

this was our first proper date

and i usually define proper date as going out together for meal and movie

i had a morning class on this day so we went out after my class ended

he came to picked me at the college and the last time he did that was quite long ago

as for me, i am always happy to see him waiting me in the car

reason is i need not walk to the college bus stop alone and take bus home alone too

we went to Tous Les Jours for second visit because i wanted to try their breakfast

these were what i ordered

Whole Egg Benedict - RM 9.90

TLJ breakfast - RM 12.90

their breakfast brought me a little disappointment

their aren't as good as i expected especially for the egg benedict

but their price is reasonable if compare to other similar concept cafe

we took our sweet time to finish the breakfast

we try not to rush and enjoy ourself to max

then only we check out  movies showing time for the cinema in Pavillion

we picked a CNY movie - Golden Chickeness which was showing at 12.00 pm

there wasn't long queue at the ticket counter and we get to choose our seat

we also have time to go to toilet before entering the cinema hall

the hall was huge

if i wasn't mistaken, the previous time we entered that was during our anniversary

in another word, we were there on July 2013

it was quite some time ago

nothing much to say about the movie actually

it was just a typically CNY movie with some lame jokes and warm scenes

after the movie i thought we have to head home already because we have no where to go

but at this deciding point of whether go home or stay outside,

he reminded me a place of which i wanted to go some time ago

i was so glad that he remembered because even for me i already forgot about that

alright...

before we went home,

we dropped by Acme Bar & Coffee (ABC) at Troika near KLCC

ABC has a philosophy of own-made food

most of the food on the menu are from their own kitchen and careful hands of chef

they also don't pre-cook the dishes or microwave them before serving

they cook when you order

isn't' that great?

there is a big mirror at the waiting spot

Twinings Earl Grey - RM 11

i like their tea so much

same goes to him

we immediately give each other a bright smile signal after we had a sip of it

although it is a little pricey

you can noticed the difference at first sip

not sure whether it is a well-known brand,

the texture is very smooth

besides, Earl Grey usually has a strong smell but this one is very light

the smell will comes into your mouth after you swallow it

come to think of it...if this tea is in a low price range,

will my comment sounds very silly?

i think better still if it is cheap

because i can have it everyday

hahahahaha

they also serve cakes at RM 15 per slide

all their cakes looks very special with assorted flavours

Caramel Macadamia cake

Jackfruit cake
they also offer cempadak cake but both of these cakes are depend on availability

this is also our main purpose for visiting ABC

OMG!!!

the chocolate is boiling!

i think that was our most exciting moment for the day

haha

it was an awesome experience where hot chocolate met with cold Oreo ice cream

you can feel the hot and cold sensation at the same time

surprisingly it wasn't so sweet as you can see
