i like their service in the way that they will keep their customer informed about the progress of their order

i received this e-mail right after i placed my order

so i am certain that they had received my order and need not to worry about my order will went missing after the payment

i actually made my order on a Sunday night with the hope that it will be processed first on the next morning

what a silly thought i had but i still did

then i got this the next day ( Monday )

on the same Monday night i received this notification about my order is on the way to my place

so excited about it

at the same time i was thinking when will it arrived at my doorstep

ding dong~

the next morning the delivery man came to press my doorbell already

very impressive delivery speed though

in fact, i didn't heard the bell ring because i was bathing

but the delivery man didn't just dump my parcel in front my door

he went on to give me a phone call and inquiry me about how i want him to do with the parcel

i like that because this shows that he is a responsible person

and since i am in M'sia, i didn't expect such efficiency

anyway, i was very satisfied with it
